netTALK “Talk Credits” Policy

netTALK Talk Credits Terms and Conditions

Effective June 01, 2011, these terms and conditions are subject to and part of the NETTALK Terms Of Service, found at http://www.nettalk.com/terms-of-service.
You agree to pay for all charges incurred with the NETTALK Talk Credits and to comply with the other terms set forth here and in the NETTALK Terms Of Service, including the NETTALK Use Policy.
Your NETTALK Talk Credits are not transferable. You may authorize others to use your device, but the responsibility of payment for the charges incurred remains yours.
Your device number and device key or your app, its id and your password act as User Name and ID for the purpose of accessing and using the Talk Credits.
Charges for NETTALK services, which will vary depending upon where and how you call, will be rated and charged in U.S. dollars in accordance with the NETTALK Terms Of Service, including the NETTALK Use Policy and effective tariffs. The rates and charges applicable to NETTALK Talk Credits calls are available to you upon request before you complete a call. These charges may vary if you have an NETTALK calling plan or use other dialing methods.
You must notify NETTALK of any address change by updating your online profile or by writing NETTALK Talk Credits, 1080 NW 163rd Drive, Miami, FL 33169.
For NETTALK’s messaging services used in conjunction with the NETTALK Talk Credits, NETTALK will attempt to provide such services as described in its marketing materials, but does not warrant such services to be error free or fit for any particular purpose. You may not use NETTALK’s messaging services for any unlawful purpose, and you are responsible for and will hold NETTALK harmless against the consequences of unlawful use or any slander, libel or other actionable content in any message. The liability of NETTALK, or any of its employees, agents or cooperating service provider(s), arising from any misdelivery, non-delivery or any other errors or omissions in the provision of such services is limited to an amount equal to the charge for any such service(s).
The netTALK Talk Credits are subject to limited availability. You must be an NETTALK Residential customer or app customer to get Talk Credits. Other terms and conditions apply.
Your account may be subject to a maximum monthly usage limit.
If NETTALK suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal use of your Talk Credits, NETTALK may, among other things, suspend, restrict or terminate your Credits without notice.
NETTALK reserves the right to deactivate your Talk Credits without further notice to you if you leave NETTALK for your Residential Service OR if your credits remains unused for a period of at least 6 months.
